    1. Acceptance of Terms

    By accessing or using GenPressa, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

    2. Description of Service

    GenPressa is an AI-powered content automation platform that generates SEO-optimized articles and publishes them to your WordPress sites. The service includes topic discovery, content generation, image creation, and scheduled publishing.

    3. Account Registration

    You must provide a valid email address and maintain the security of your account credentials. You are responsible for all activities under your account.

    4. Subscriptions & Billing

    • Free accounts include limited article generation
    • Paid plans are billed monthly or annually
    • You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period
    • Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis
    • Upgrades take effect immediately; you will be charged a prorated amount for the remainder of your current billing period.
    • Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for the remaining time on a higher-tier plan.
    • Annual plans are billed upfront for the full year at a discounted rate.
    • Extra site add-ons follow the same upgrade and downgrade rules as base subscription plans.
    • The 7-day free trial is available for first-time subscriptions only. Subsequent subscriptions begin billing immediately.

    5. Content Ownership

    You retain full ownership of all content generated through GenPressa. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your generated articles or images.

    6. Acceptable Use

    You agree not to use GenPressa to generate content that is illegal, defamatory, hateful, or violates third-party rights. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

    7. WordPress Integration

    By connecting your WordPress site, you authorize GenPressa to create, edit, and publish posts on your behalf. You are responsible for the content published to your sites.

    8. Service Availability

    We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance when possible.

    9. Limitation of Liability

    GenPressa is provided "as is." We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service, including but not limited to lost revenue from published content.

    10. Changes to Terms

    We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

    12. Referral Program

    GenPressa offers a referral program that allows users to earn commissions by referring new paying customers. The following terms apply:

    • You must have a valid GenPressa account to participate. Self-referrals are not permitted.
    • Commissions are earned only when a referred user subscribes to a paid plan. Commission rates vary by tier (Silver, Gold, Platinum) based on your number of active referrals.
    • Referral links use a cookie-based attribution system. The referral must sign up within the attribution window to be credited to your account.
    • Prohibited referral methods include spam, misleading advertising, trademark bidding, and any activity that violates applicable laws.
    • GenPressa reserves the right to modify commission rates, pause, or terminate the referral program at any time with reasonable notice.
    • Participation in the referral program requires an active paid subscription (post-trial). If your subscription lapses, referral tracking continues but new commissions will not accrue until you resubscribe.
    • Commission tiers are based on your number of active referrals: Silver (0–10 referrals: 25% first-month, 10% recurring), Gold (11–50: 30%/15%), Platinum (51+: 35%/20%).
    • Tier upgrades apply retroactively — when you reach a new tier, the higher commission rates are applied to all your existing active referrals.
    • Earnings are subject to a 30-day arrears hold before becoming available for payout. This protects against refunds and chargebacks.
    • Payouts are processed manually and are subject to identity verification. GenPressa reserves the right to withhold payouts if fraudulent activity is suspected.
